Mandalorian Din Djarin Face

Din Djarin, also known as “Mando” was a human male warrior during the time of the New Republic wearing Mandalorian armor, carrying weapons like a blaster pistol and sniper rifle and keeping his face hidden by his distinctive helmet, Djarin was well equipped but mysterious, people didn’t know much about his past.

Djarin was from the planet Aq Vetina, he became an orphan near the end of the Galactic Republic era, he was raised on the planet Concordia by a strict Mandalorian group called the Children of the Watch, Djarin thought all Mandalorians followed the same beliefs as this group but he didn’t realize they had broken away from mainstream Mandalorian culture.

The Children of the Watch trained Djarin to become a Mandalorian warrior, he joined “the Tribe” which operated secretly on the planet Nevarro. Djarin became an experienced fighter who didn’t say much and an extremely skilled bounty hunter.

Din Djarin’s Age

Din Djarin wears the distinctive armor and T-shaped helmet of the Mandalorian people, this hides his identity and age, he carries various weapons like a whipcord thrower, flamethrower and jetpack, his age remained a mystery until the end of Season 1 of “The Mandalorian” TV Show.

“The Mandalorian” takes place around 9 years after the events of Return of the Jedi, based on this timeline, Din Djarin was likely born around 30 BBY which puts his age at around 40 during “The Mandalorian”, this aligns with his appearance when his face is briefly shown in Season 1.

The Book of Boba Fett also features Din Djarin and takes place shortly after “The Mandalorian Season 2”, around 9 years ABY, so Din is still in his early 40s during this show as well, about 25 years before the events of the sequel trilogy movies.

Flashbacks in “The Mandalorian Season 1” show Din as a young child, likely between 7-10 years old during the Clone Wars era from 22-19 BBY, one source estimates he may have been born between 30-27 BBY which would make him around 11 at the end of the Clone Wars.

Din’s parents were killed by Separatist battle droids when he was 5-10 years old towards the end of the Clone Wars, the Death Watch Mandalorian group rescued the young Din Djarin at this time.

The upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi series takes place around 9 years after Revenge of the Sith, so Din would likely be a teenager or in his early 20s during this show if it connects to his backstory.

Conclusion

Din Djarin was a young child during the Clone Wars, became an orphan around age 5-10 and was around 40 years old during the events of “The Mandalorian” and The Book of Boba Fett shows.
